Two-day in-person introductory implant course covering socket preservation, guided planning and placement, restoration steps and implant maintenance, with multiple hands-on sessions.
Start offering implants with a clearer, step-by-step workflow—from extraction and socket preservation through to guided placement, restoration and long-term maintenance.
The Implant Journey is a focused 2-day, in-person programme at ACE’s OUR PLACE training centre in Stanmore, designed to make implant dentistry feel structured, predictable and clinically relevant from day one.
Implants can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to connect surgery, restorative steps, digital planning and aftercare into one coherent pathway. This course brings the pieces together—so you understand what to do, when to do it, and why it matters.
The course is led by Kushal Gadhia—Clinical Director at Centre Of Dental Excellence and Royston Dental Care, and a former Consultant and Honorary Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at Eastman Dental Hospital. He is a specialist across Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry, with a special interest in dental implants.
Clinical decision-making & foundations
Socket preservation you can implement immediately
Guided planning & placement concepts
Restoration & long-term maintenance
Expect multiple hands-on sessions on models, including:
Some intakes require delegates to bring a charged laptop, preferably with DICOM-viewing software for CBCT-based planning.
Course days typically include refreshments, a buffet lunch and course documentation.
If you’re looking for an in-person introduction that connects the surgical and restorative workflow—while giving you practical time at the bench—The Implant Journey is built to help you take the next step with confidence.
