Step confidently into implant dentistry with a 12‑day, in‑person programme designed to take you through the complete surgical and restorative workflow—from first principles and case selection to implant placement, impressions (traditional and digital) and final crown fitting.

Delivered at Delta Dental Academy (Bristol, UK), this course blends structured teaching with meaningful clinical exposure, including the opportunity to treat real patients provided by the academy.

What you’ll cover

Across six modules, you’ll build a strong, clinically relevant foundation in:

• Implant fundamentals and the science underpinning treatment
• Case selection, patient consultation and treatment planning
• Implant placement procedures and surgical decision-making
• Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) principles and protocols
• Restorative workflow: uncovering, restoration planning and execution
• Impression techniques: traditional and digital approaches
• Complication management and practical strategies for troubleshooting
• Crown fitting and completing the restorative endpoint

Hands-on & clinical learning (a standout feature)

This isn’t observation-only training. You’ll develop your skills through:

• Practical sessions on models and pig heads
• Hands-on GBR exercises
• Live implant placement sessions with academy-provided patients
• The opportunity to place up to three implants (single-tooth and edentulous-arch cases)
• Live patient impressions and supervised progression to restoration fitting
