Make rotary endodontics feel predictable again

If you’re a GDP looking to achieve beautifully tapered root fillings to within ~1mm of the apex, this one-day, predominantly hands-on course is designed to strengthen the practical steps that make outcomes repeatable—case after case.

Delivered in person at LonDEC (King’s College London), Key Endodontic Practice: Rotary focuses on the real-world mechanics of rotary and reciprocating preparation, with close supervision and structured feedback to help you translate skills directly back into practice.

What you’ll practise and refine

You’ll be guided through a clear, step-by-step approach to:

• Establishing a glide path with sound technique and philosophy
• Using Protaper Gold (rotary) to shape canals predictably
• Using Reciproc Blue (reciprocation) with step-by-step instruction
• Adapting techniques to suit your workflow—support is also offered for delegates’ existing systems

Hands-on with real extracted teeth (not simulations)

This course is built around hands-on preparation on extracted teeth brought by delegates—because real teeth create the same challenges you face in surgery.

To deepen learning and build confidence, your preparation can be reviewed:

• Under a microscope, so you can see what’s happening and why
• With radiographs (where used) to assess pre- and post-operative shapes and receive constructive feedback

Who this course is for

• General Dental Practitioners who want to improve the consistency and quality of their rotary/reciprocating endodontics
• Clinicians who want a practical route to stronger technique, better shaping, and more predictable obturation outcomes

Teaching you can trust

Training is delivered with an emphasis on reproducible practical skills and an excellent delegate-to-teacher ratio, so you get meaningful supervision throughout the day.

Take-home impact

Leave with a clearer, more controlled workflow—from glide path to shaping—supported by microscope-led insight and practical coaching, so rotary endodontics becomes a skill you can perform with greater confidence and consistency.
