Online – How To Survive a CQC Inspection

A CQC inspection can feel high‑stakes—especially when you’re responsible for leading a dental practice. This participatory, live online webinar helps take the uncertainty out of inspection day by clearly explaining what to expect, how inspections are carried out, and how to prepare for key components of the process.

Designed for practice owners and managers of NHS and private dental practices, the course focuses on the way the CQC assesses services in England and what dental practices are expected to demonstrate.

What makes this course valuable

• Demystify the inspection process: Understand how the CQC inspects services using Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs).
• Be ready for fit person interviews: Learn what’s involved and how to approach these interviews with confidence.
• Strengthen your regulatory knowledge: Improve your awareness of the legislation and frameworks that underpin CQC expectations, including:
  • Health and Social Care Act 2008 (as amended)
  • Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014
  • Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009

Learning outcomes

By the end of the webinar, you will be able to:
