Make endodontics more predictable—and more enjoyable
If you want to deliver more confident, higher‑quality root canal treatment with a clear, repeatable approach, simplyendo’s 10 Day Endodontic Programme (Foundation) is designed as your starting point. It’s built to help busy dentists develop a practical, evidence‑based workflow that makes endodontic care more predictable, enjoyable and cost‑effective.
Why this programme stands out
Part‑time structure that fits practice life: delivered as two consecutive days per month over five months.
True skills development: an approximate 50:50 split between teaching and hands‑on training.
Unbiased exposure to contemporary systems: practical sessions let you try a range of current UK preparation and obturation systems, supported by live demonstrations and video.
A clear pathway forward: positioned as the starting point for dentists who may later wish to progress to simplyendo’s postgraduate route in Endodontology.
Choose the way you learn best: in person or live online

What you’ll cover (core endodontics, taught for real‑world practice)
Across the programme, teaching and practical sessions focus on building a complete, dependable approach to everyday and more challenging endodontics, including:
Diagnosis and case planning, including non‑odontogenic pain considerations
Endodontic anatomy and access strategies
Radiographic interpretation and discussion of CBCT in endodontic practice
Cleaning and shaping fundamentals: hand instrumentation (including balanced force concepts), rotary and reciprocation approaches, and glide path management
Working length and apical considerations (including apex locator principles)
Irrigation protocols and activation concepts (emphasising that irrigation does the cleaning)
Obturation techniques: comparing single‑cone approaches with thermal/heated obturation systems, plus sealer handling
Re‑treatment strategy and dismantling obturated canals
Managing complications: retrieval of separated instruments, managing ledges, repairing perforations, and removal of posts/fractured files using appropriate equipment (including magnification principles)
Restoration of endodontically treated teeth: coronal seal, temporisation, and planning the restoration early
Trauma and resorption (including practical use of contemporary materials for repairs)
Medico‑legal and consent considerations—what “proper consent” looks like and how to manage cases when things don’t go to plan
Verifiable CPD
Provides 60 hours verifiable e‑CPD, aligned with GDC requirements.
Who it’s for
This programme is designed for dentists who want to strengthen their endodontic foundations with structured coaching, daily practical sessions, and an evidence‑based approach—whether you’re looking to upskill for general practice or build a platform for further postgraduate development.
